Despite the recent renovation, the rooms were disappointing and much smaller than expected. The service was a mix of helpful and unfriendly interactions. The location was great with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Dining offered good but limited options.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient for a city break with access to the Rambla Boulevard and close to bus stops; however, the room was a letdown compared to the booking pictures as it smelled like cigarettes. The service was friendly but had limited English proficiency outside of business hours. The dining experience was great with a variety of fresh foods, and overall, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
